Full Service Process
- Client browses the official webpage and selects the corresponding service package.
- Client completes order settlement and submits design brief, logo assets and complete brand information.
- The studio completes internal order review within 24 business hours.
- Professional designers create custom stationery brand layout design.
- Initial design drafts are delivered for client review within 3 working days.
- The client may submit one round of minor revision requests.
- Final organised digital design files are delivered after confirmation.

- The client must provide high-resolution, legally owned logo and brand files.
- One complimentary minor revision round is included. Additional revisions require separate quotation.

- Full refund only applies to unreviewed, unstarted orders. No refund after design confirmation.
