Service Scope
This is a comprehensive full digital brand identity design bundle. The studio will create custom logo concepts, brand visual layouts, and complete social media brand templates based on the client’s business positioning and brand style. All deliverables are 100% digital design files. No physical products, printed items, or tangible merchandise are included in this service.

Full Service Process
- Client browses the official webpage and selects the brand design service.
- Client completes order payment and submits design requirements, brand reference materials, and full brand information.
- The studio completes manual order review within 24 business hours.
- Professional designers carry out full custom brand identity design work.
- Complete initial design drafts are delivered to the client within 3 working days.
- The client reviews all drafts and may submit one round of revision requests for colour, layout, and style adjustments.
- After final confirmation, the complete organised digital brand file package is delivered.
Liability & Service Disclaimer
- This package provides pure digital brand design services only. No physical production, printing, shipping, or tangible goods are involved.
- The client must provide accurate business information and legally owned, high-resolution brand materials. Design delays caused by incomplete, blurry, or incorrect client materials are the responsibility of the client.
- One complimentary revision round for minor adjustments is included. Additional redesigns or concept changes require separate quotation.
- All delivered digital design files are licensed for personal and small commercial use for the client’s single business entity. Resale, redistribution, template reselling, or commercial repackaging of our design assets is strictly prohibited.
- All design work is custom-tailored. Standard industry visual similarities do not constitute copyright infringement.
- Full 100% refund is only available for unreviewed orders with no design work started. Once the order is reviewed and design work begins, refund ratios follow the official policy. No refund is available after final design confirmation.
