Order Manual Review Terms

1. Full Service Process Overview

All service orders follow a fixed, manually supervised workflow. Customers first browse the website and select preferred design & print bundles. Once checkout payment is fully completed, buyers must submit full design briefs, brand logos and complete brand reference materials through the order submission form. No design work will commence before the manual review process is fully passed by our internal team.

2. Manual Order Review Time Limit

Our dedicated administrative team will manually verify every submitted order within 24 working hours after full payment and complete material submission. The manual inspection covers payment confirmation, completeness of brand materials, service package matching, delivery information accuracy and project rationality. We will send notification via email once review is approved or notify customers of missing materials for revision.

3. Design Creation & Delivery Schedule

After successful manual review, our professional design team will start custom graphic creation. Initial full design drafts will be delivered to the customer within 3 working days from review approval date. Customers can check the draft output and submit one round of revision requests to adjust layout, colour matching and logo placement free of charge.

4. Final Print Files & Physical Merchandise Production

Once the customer confirms the final design version, high-resolution print-ready files will be locked for production. All included printed gift merchandise contained within the package will be manufactured according to the confirmed design standards. No design adjustments are available once mass production begins.

5. Shipment & Tracking Dispatch Rules

After all physical gift sets finish production and quality inspection, packaged goods will be dispatched with official trackable delivery service. A unique tracking reference number will be sent to the customer’s registered email address once shipment is arranged, allowing full real-time monitoring of transit status.

6. Manual Review Exclusion Statement

We reserve the right to reject orders during manual review if submitted materials are incomplete, delivery information is invalid, or the requested design content violates relevant commercial compliance standards. In cases of rejected orders, our team will contact customers to resolve issues; full processing timelines will reset after the customer resubmits corrected materials for secondary manual verification.

7. Service Disclaimer & Liability Limitation

All packages listed on this website are custom visual design services with complimentary included printed merchandise. Digital design service is the core service, while physical printed items are additional promotional benefits and do not constitute the primary traded product.

The company shall not be held responsible for errors caused by customer-provided logos, text content, incorrect delivery information, or incomplete design instructions submitted by users. Once design drafts are confirmed by the client, subsequent production errors caused by confirmed content will not be eligible for reprint, replacement or refund.

Slight colour differences, minor position deviation and normal craftsmanship tolerance in printed products are considered qualified commercial standards and do not belong to quality defects. No compensation or remake application will be accepted for normal physical printing differences.

Free revision service is limited to one round per order. Additional redesign, major concept adjustment or repeated modification requests will require separate service quotation and extended working cycle. No unlimited revision rights are included in standard packages.
