• Client service selection & payment: Day 0
• Client submits logo and business details: Day 0
• Order review completed: Within 24 business hours
• Initial design preview delivered: Within 3 working days
• Final full digital file delivery: After client confirmation

Full Service Process

1. Client browses the official webpage and selects the corresponding digital design package.
2. Client completes order payment and submits design brief, logo assets and complete business information.
3. The studio completes internal manual order review within 24 business hours.
4. Professional designers create custom A4 letterhead and compliment slip brand layouts.
5. Initial design drafts are delivered for client review within 3 working days.
6. The client may submit one round of minor layout revision requests.
7. Final organised digital design files are delivered after final confirmation.

Liability & Service Disclaimer

• This package provides digital stationery layout design services only. No physical printing, paper products or delivery services are involved.
• The client must provide accurate business information and high-resolution legal logo files.
• One complimentary minor revision round is included. Additional redesign work requires separate quotation.
• All digital files are licensed for the client’s personal and small commercial use. Resale and redistribution are prohibited.
• Full refund is only available for unreviewed and unstarted orders. No refund after design confirmation.
