Service Scope
This is a custom digital A4 poster layout design service. The studio creates branded A4 poster layouts based on the client’s logo, text content and promotion needs. All deliverables are 100% digital design files. No printed posters, physical products or shipping services are included.

- Official brand colour reference document
Service Timeline
- Client service selection & payment: Day 0
- Client submits logo and poster text content: Day 0
- Order review completed: Within 24 business hours
- Initial design preview delivered: Within 3 working days
- Final full digital file delivery: After client confirmation
Full Service Process
- Client browses the official webpage and selects the corresponding digital design package.
- Client completes order payment and submits design brief, logo assets and poster copy content.
- The studio completes internal manual order review within 24 business hours.
- Professional designers create custom branded A4 poster layout design.
- Initial design draft is delivered for client review within 3 working days.
- The client may submit one round of minor revision requests.
- Final organised digital design files are delivered after final confirmation.
Liability & Service Disclaimer
- This package provides digital poster design services only. No physical printing, physical goods or delivery services are involved.
- The client shall provide accurate text, images and high-resolution legal logo files.
- One complimentary minor revision round is included. Additional revisions require separate quotation.
- All digital files are licensed for the client’s personal and small commercial use. Resale and redistribution are prohibited.
- Full refund is only available for unreviewed and unstarted orders. No refund after design confirmation.
