Shipping & Delivery Terms

1. Free Shipping Policy

PROGRAVER LTD provides 100% free standard shipping for all valid orders. No delivery fees, handling fees, or hidden logistics charges will be applied to any eligible completed order. This service is exclusive to our supported delivery regions with no minimum order value required.

2. Supported Delivery Coverage

Our official shipping service covers all countries and regions within Europe, including European Economic Area member states and mainstream European territories. We do not support shipping to non-European regions. Only orders with European delivery addresses will be accepted for production and dispatch.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After order quality inspection is completed and the parcel is officially dispatched, standard delivery for all European destinations normally takes 5–12 working days. This timeframe is a reliable industry-standard estimate and may moderately fluctuate due to peak shipping seasons, local logistics arrangements, routine customs checks, or regional public affairs.

Delivery time does not include order review duration, design production cycle, or internal quality inspection time. Logistics transit time only begins after warehouse dispatch is confirmed.

4. Order Dispatch Process

Once the customer confirms the final design draft and production arrangement, our team proceeds with full production and strict quality inspection. Products that meet official craftsmanship standards will be professionally packaged and dispatched via tracked logistics channels. A valid tracking number will be sent to the customer’s registered email for delivery monitoring.

5. Delivery Responsibility Boundary

The company holds full logistics responsibility for parcels during in-transit transportation until successful delivery and recipient signature at the submitted European delivery address. Once the logistics system updates the order status as delivered and received, full product ownership, custody and safekeeping responsibility transfers entirely to the customer.

6. Return & After-Sales Policy

All items provided by our platform are custom-designed and custom-manufactured products tailored to each client’s exclusive brand materials, logo files and personalised requirements. Customised goods are non-resellable and unique to each order, therefore general return and exchange services are not supported after delivery.

We provide targeted after-sales support for quality issues directly caused by our production and manufacturing errors, including printing defects, missing items or obvious craftsmanship faults verified by our internal team. Qualified remedies such as remanufacturing or supplementary delivery will be offered according to actual conditions.

7. Shipping Liability Disclaimer

The company shall not be responsible for delivery failures, delays or after-sales disputes caused by incorrect, incomplete or invalid recipient information provided by customers.

Minor colour differences, tiny position deviations and normal industrial printing tolerances that do not affect overall product appearance and usability are regarded as qualified industry standards and do not constitute quality defects. No return, exchange or compensation application will be accepted for such situations.

We are not liable for delivery delays, customs detention, logistics suspension or service interruptions caused by external objective factors, including regional policy adjustments, customs supervision rules, natural weather conditions and other force majeure events. We will actively assist customers with logistics enquiries, but no compensation liability will be assumed.

After completed delivery, any damage, scratches, deformation or loss caused by customer’s personal use, improper storage, manual modification or daily wear shall be borne by the customer, and no official after-sales service will be applicable.

8. Valid Claim Rules

If customers encounter genuine production quality problems that qualify for after-sales processing, all verification materials including photos, videos and order information must be submitted within 7 working days after delivery confirmation. Late applications without complete valid evidence may not be processed.
