Full Service Process

1. Client browses the official webpage and selects the corresponding digital design package.
2. Client completes order payment and submits design brief, logo assets and business contact information.
3. The studio completes internal manual order review within 24 business hours.
4. Professional designers create custom double-sided business card layout design.
5. Initial design draft is delivered for client review within 3 working days.
6. The client may submit one round of minor layout revision requests.
7. Final organised digital design files are delivered after final confirmation.

• This package provides digital business card layout design services only. No physical printing, physical goods or delivery services are involved.
• The client must provide accurate contact details and high-resolution legal logo files.
• One complimentary minor revision round is included. Additional revisions require separate quotation.
• All digital files are licensed for the client’s personal and small commercial use. Resale and redistribution are prohibited.
• Full refund is only available for unreviewed and unstarted orders. No refund after design confirmation.
