Service Scope
This is a custom brand identity design service. The studio will create two original logo concepts based on the client’s business name, industry, and style preferences. All deliverables are 100% digital design files. No printed stickers, physical products or shipping services are included in this package.
Deliverables
- Logo concept A vector SVG file
- Logo concept B vector SVG file
- CMYK print-ready A4 PDF for both concepts, 300DPI
- Transparent PNG, white PNG, dark reverse PNG for each logo (2000px × 2000px)
- Brand colour reference document (up to 8 colour codes)
- Square social media profile icon PNG (1080px × 1080px)
Service Timeline
- Client service selection & payment: Day 0
- Client submits complete design brief and business information: Day 0
- Order review completed: Within 24 business hours
- Initial two logo concepts delivered: Within 3 working days
- Final full digital file delivery: After client confirmation
Full Service Process
- Client browses the official webpage and selects the corresponding digital design package.
- Client completes order payment and submits design brief, reference materials and full business information.
- The studio completes internal manual order review within 24 business hours.
- Professional designers create two original distinctive logo schemes.
- Client selects the preferred logo concept and may submit one round of minor revision requests.
- After final design confirmation, complete organised digital design files are delivered permanently.
Liability & Service Disclaimer
- This package provides pure digital logo design services only. No physical printed goods, manufacturing or delivery services are involved.
- The client must provide accurate, high-resolution and legally owned brand materials. Design delays caused by incomplete or low-quality client materials shall be borne by the client.
- One complimentary revision round for minor colour, font and layout tweaks is included. Full rework of core logo concepts requires separate quotation.
- All digital files are licensed for personal and small commercial use of the purchasing client’s single business entity. Resale, redistribution or template reselling of design files is strictly prohibited.
- Full 100% refund only applies to unreviewed orders with no design work started. No refund is available after design drafts are delivered.
